Personal Training – 1 on 1 training session, session range from 30 minutes – 1 hour. Coach will guide you through the warm up, workout and cool down.
CrossFit Group Classes – This is a small group class (6-8) where the coach will lead the group through the Warm up, Workout of the Day (WOD) and cool down. This is a more sociable choice where members will encourage each other and keep each other motivated.
Online Coaching – We offer remote coaching designed to fit the equipment that you currently own or if you train at a gym.
Nutrition – The foundation of a healthier life and a effective weight loss strategy is Nutrition. We offer a 30 and 1 hour consultation options on nutrition, coach will analyze your current nutrition habits identify areas that need attention and provide solutions or alternatives to help you break that “mind stage”, you will be meeting every two weeks to asses and incorporate changes.
Nutrition Template – We offer a nutrition template that will indicate you the number of Macros (Protein, Fats, Carbs) that you need to consume per meal to obtain optional fitness performance. Template is designed based on your activity level, number of meals and time of physical activity.
